Osama Bin Laden was killed on May 2, 2011 in an American operation in Abbottabad’s northern district of Pakistan, more than 8 years after the incident, how has this operation been? According to Al Jazeera report, Abbottabad commission members were told by Lt. Gen. (Retd) Shuja Pasha, the then ISI chief, that Lieutenant Colonel (retired) Iqbal Saeed had been retired from the army on “Distillery Grounds”. And they were running their own security business after that. According to ISI, Iqbal Saeed disappeared two days after the death of Osama bin Laden. According to Lieutenant General (Retd) Shuja Pasha, Iqbal Saeed’s personality resembles the CIA’s personnel.
Leading US investigative journalist Seymour Harsh claimed in a 2015 article that in August 2010, a former Pakistan intelligence officer contacted the then CIA station chief Jonathan Bank in Islamabad and told him that he was a US intelligence Tell the agency where to find Osama Bin Laden if he is promised Washington funding.

Who is Iqbal Saeed and why was he expelled from the Pakistani army? In his book “The Secrets of Pakistan’s War on Al-Qaeda”, Pakistani investigative journalist Izzaz Saeed writes that Iqbal Saeed worked in the Pakistani intelligence agency from 1991 to 1993. During the tenure of former Army Chief General (Retd) Asif Nawaz, he was dismissed from the army for allegedly spreading counterfeit currency.
Izaz writes in his book that Iqbal Saeed registered his company “Comprehensive Hansu Securities” in the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1994. However, he says that initially Iqbal Saeed’s company did not receive any special favors. From 2006 to 2007, his company’s finances improved as they received security contracts for Egyptian and Palestinian embassies in Islamabad.
According to the book of Ijaz Syed, Iqbal Saeed lived in Defense in Rawalpindi, where the private house of former Army Chief Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and former ISI chief Shuja Pasha also lived and had big parties at his house. I used to attend businessmen, military and intelligence officers and foreign diplomats.
Ijaz Syed further writes that in 2007 Lt Col (retd) Iqbal Saeed started running the CIA cell from his own home.
When Izzy Saeed met with former ISI chief Shuja Pasha for his book, he refused to answer questions regarding Iqbal Saeed and said “this is not important”.
Shuja Nawaz writes in his book “The Beatle for Pakistan” that Iqbal Saeed vacated his home in Defense shortly after Osama bin Laden’s death in Abbottabad in 2011. According to the book, Iqbal Saeed lives in the US state of California, San Diego, and has changed his name to “Bailey Khan”.
