Karachi test: Naseem Shah could not break record for 4 days

Fast bowlersim Shah, who scored 5 wickets in the second Test against Sri Lanka, became the second youngest fast bowler in the world to perform.

According to information provided by Kirk Info, in the year 1958 before Naseem Shah, former Pakistani medium bowler Naseem Al-Ghani took 5 wickets in the West Indies Test match. Naseem Ghani’s age was 16 years 303 days.

Naseem Shah performed this feat at the age of 16 years 307 days, thus failing to break or equalize this record by only 4 days difference.

The second Test match played at the National Stadium in Karachi has left no Lincoln batsman in front of the young fast bowlers. Naseem Shah took 5 wickets in the third test match of Kairir.

In the Test match against Sri Lanka, Naseem Shah took 5 for 13 in just 13 overs.
